Saw HE Brigadier / Ali Abdullah Alwan commander General of Ajman Police this morning building Hall Emirates General Command of Ajman Police graduation ceremony cycle "leadership and effective management" in the presence of Lt. Col. Khalid Khalfan Bin Hindi Director Police Training Institute Acting, which oversaw the organization of the General Command of Ajman Police and lasted for(5) days in which a number (26) associate officers from various police leaders in the country.
During which the participants addressed a number of important topics including theories of modern leadership, and the types of leadership qualities and characteristics of the police leadership and the role of the leader as well as the concept and importance of effective management.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Brigadier / Ali Abdullah Alwan Commander in Chief of Ajman Police handed associate certificates complete the course and wished them every success in the service of police work.
