Department of Strategy and Performance Development organized a workshop to develop strategic initiatives through the environmental analysis (SWOT)

Systems Division Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General of Resources and Support Services in coordination with the Department of Strategy and Performance Development / Strategic Planning Section General Command of Ajman Police workshop to develop strategic initiatives through environmental analysis (SWOT) for each departments of the General Department of Resources and Support Services and updating the operational plan for the year 2013.

 

The Captain / Abdullah Ali Alwan, head of strategic planning explain the mechanism of action analysis and input its own solutions development resulting from the study the current situation based on the analysis (SWOT) in preparation for the development of strategic initiatives to plan 2013, and was in the presence of Captain / Abdullah Humaid Al Matrooshi Head Strategic Public Administration resources and support services and strategic teams departments concerned.

 

The organization of this workshop in terms of pursuit of strategic management and development of performance Police Ajman in the application of the methodology for preparing and publishing the follow-up strategic plan for all departments of the public administration, and the transfer of tacit knowledge of workers in order to achieve strategic objectives and business continuity out within the framework of a unified standards and standards of quality and excellence.
