Dean Nasser Lakhraibani commends prominent and continuous progress

HE Dean Ali Abdullah Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander in Chief of Ajman Police G.H.Q welcomed HE Dean Nasser Salem Lakhraibani Secretary-General of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister and his entourage, and was greeted also by HE Dean Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander in Chief of Ajman Police, HE Colonel Rashid Jassim AlShamsi Director General of Policing Operations, HE Colonel Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi, Director of the General Administration of resources and support services and a number of officers of the General Headquarters of Ajman Police.

He briefed His Excellency Secretary-General Major General Nasser Alkhripana During the meeting, a presentation by HE Brigadier Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi included the latest developments and highlighted the achievements of Ajman Police in terms of the leadership, strategic and security, technical and criminal and traffic, as well as leading indicators provide performance in Ajman Police over the past years.

He spoke HE Major about the importance of development projects and the need fits in with the requirements of the work and development in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Interior and organizational structure, and noted his happiness to the importance of the development and rehabilitation of human resources and the development of performance skills they have, including raising the level of excellence and quality in leadership conditional, and noted as well as the important role of police community and its impact in the prevention of crime and the integration of the police in the community in various respects, and also touched on higher commissions system and its role in linking points of the Interior Ministry, which affects the progress of performance needed.

Then  leading / Heba Ali Mohamed Director of the Project Management Office in the Ministry of Interior spoke about the concept of project management and its objectives and the mechanism of working out, also reviewed the achievements of the office in Ajman Police and software project management applied in the Ministry of Interior and projects entered into the system for managing projects, also spoke Major Mohammed Ismail Harmoudi Director of complaints and proposals of the Ministry of Interior for the goal of the Ministry of Interior to get the Standard Award level leadership Emirates Award for Excellence in Government Performance, where he explained the most important requirements and most standard items that require considered to strengthen the leadership role of the Ministry of the Interior.
