Deputy Commander in Chief of Ajman Police witness the graduation ceremony of the modern methods of team building and the development of team spirit

Saw HE Brigadier Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander in Chief of Ajman Police and the presence of Colonel Obaid Humaid Al Matrooshi Director Police Training Institute graduation ceremony cycle modern methods of team building and the development of team spirit, which was held at the Police Training Institute in the hall of the UAE GHQ, Ajman and lasted for5 days, involving 26 associate of officers from various police leaders in the state.

 

 Provided Acanutorhma by Khaled Abdel Halim dealt with several axes of the concept and importance of team work and its characteristics, types of work teams and formative stages, the distribution of roles on the team members, both positive and negative behaviors of team work, and evaluate the performance of the team and how to develop its future performance.

 

At the end of the graduation ceremony, the Deputy Commander in Chief of Ajman Police handed over certificates of graduates complete the course and wished them success in their careers.
