HE Brigadier Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander in Chief of Ajman Police delegation of evaluating the performance of management personnel at the Ministry of the Interior Troshm Col. Khalifa Mohammed Al Zaabi , Director of evaluating the performance of employees .
During the meeting, the meeting was held in the meeting room at Police Training Institute Ajman Police, during which he discussed the Director of the Department of evaluating the performance of employees at the Ministry of the Interior to evaluate the statistical results in 2012 compared to the previous two years.
They also discussed the difficulties faced by the evaluation process over the past years and how they were overcome , and overcome them as well as a mechanism for employees to various Recognitions and additions that have been added to the conditions to be met by the employee for the year 2013 in order to be evaluated degree of excellence .
At the end of the meeting the deputy commanding general of Ajman Police need to form a committee evaluating job performance under the supervision of the Evaluation Section human resources management Police, Ajman and charged with the task of checking on the evaluation forms to employees of the General Command of Ajman Police before the entry process mail in program performance evaluation system employed Ministerial , which should include this Committee office in the police commander and his deputy, and the Directorate General of policing Operations in addition to the General Administration of support services .
This meeting was attended by Colonel Rashid Jassim Cilad Director General of Police Operations , Colonel Obaid Humaid Al Matrooshi, Director of Resources and Support Services , Acting , Colonel Abdullah Ahmad Hamrani Director of Strategy and Performance Development , Major Abdullah Juma Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Personnel Division , and Lt. Jassim Mohammed Al Balushi branch manager evaluation officers .
