He pointed out that the strategic objectives focused on enhancing security, safety and policing methods and achieve the highest levels of safety for the defense of civil and within the readiness and preparedness in disasters and crises and to promote public confidence in the effectiveness of services provided and the optimal use of information security and to ensure the provision of administrative services in accordance with the standards of quality , efficiency and transparency .
