HE Colonel Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi , Director General of the resources and support services in the Police General Headquarters of Ajman , in the presence of Colonel Khaled Al Qamzi Director , Acting Police Training Institute , a graduation ceremony for two sessions organized by the Police Training Institute at the hall of the UAE.
Where the first session on the ( leadership and effective management ) involving 31 associate of the officers of the various leaderships police state , presented by Dr. Jamil Faraj Allah Khalil , eating , during which several topics, including the types of leadership and characteristics, and characteristics of the police leadership in addition to the role of the leader in effective management.
The second session on the ( development of behavioral skills to the traffic police ) involving 22 associate of officers and personnel from the various leaders of police state , given by Professor Fouad on Algahala , during which the legal authority to a traffic cop , and cases of arrest and Alastaiagaf and attention to motorists as well as cases of book light and heavy vehicles and how to act in critical situations .
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Excellency Colonel Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi, presented certificates to the graduates of the course and wished them success in their practical
