Using brainstorming sessions and an innovative laboratory, Ajman Police organizes a workshop

Brigadier Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, and Colonel Abdullah Ahmed Al-Hamrani, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, witnessed a workshop organized by the Strategy and Performance Development Department at Majestic Hall in the Ramada Hotel in Ajman on updating the strategy of the Ministry of Interior and preparing a draft strategy for the General Command of Ajman Police 2017-2021 M,Brainstorming sessions and innovative laboratory method have been used to generate ideas and discuss them in defining the strategic direction of leadership 2017-2021 according to relevant directives such as the Emirates vision 2021, the national agenda, the system of government excellence, the smart government initiative and the national innovation strategy, taking into account the considerations that contribute to raising the efficiency of Government work and event visits such as developing seven-star services, government innovation, exploring the future, focusing on results and financial efficiency, as well as aligning the Ajman police strategy with the vision of Ajman government 2021. At the beginning of the meeting, Major Abdullah Ali Alwan Al-Nuaimi, Head of the Strategic Planning Department, gave a brief presentation on the project to prepare a strategic orientation in the Ministry of Interior 2017-2021 and explained the national confrontations and important considerations that must be taken into consideration when updating the draft strategy, in addition to explaining the steps and stages of preparing the strategy of the Ministry of Interior until the end of 2016 Through the Innovation Lab and brainstorming sessions, the strategic direction was discussed and many ideas and suggestions that came out in defining the draft strategic direction were met in order to meet the requirements of efficiency and effectiveness in government work. The workshop was attended by all directors of departments and heads of departments, a number of branch managers and a sample of employees from all departments and specialists in strategic planning in the general leadership of Ajman Police. In this regard, the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police recovered many topics of importance where he stressed the importance of using all means of generating ideas and focusing on innovation in developing and implementing the processes and services provided, and ensuring the provision of high-quality and high-quality services in creative and innovative ways, in addition to achieving sustainability in Achieving the best results in all fields with a focus on future planning, setting scenarios, and mechanisms for dealing with them and foreseeing the future in the long run. Also, Colonel Abdullah Al Hamrani, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, spoke about defining priorities within the strategic direction with the need to focus on security and traffic outcomes in order to achieve the national agenda for the Emirates government and the development of services at the seven-star level in all service centers to achieve the concept of happiness among employees, customers and society.
