The meeting of the Higher Committee for Governmental Services Development in Ajman Police

In order to enhance the achievement of the strategic goal of “enhancing the public’s confidence in the effectiveness of the services provided” and in pursuit of the government's vision of “the UAE being one of the best countries in the world in safety and security” and in implementation of our government's directives in the smart transformation of government services and the reduction of service center auditors, the Supreme Committee held To develop government services in Ajman Police, its first regular meeting for this year is the first in the conference hall of the Police Training Institute building, headed by Colonel Abdullah Ahmed Saif Al Hamrani, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Police, in the presence of His Excellency Colonel Abdulaziz Ali Abdullah Al-Shamsi, Director General of Police Operations, and Colonel Muhammad Shaiban bin Suwaidan, Director of the Office of the Leader General of the police, committee members. The meeting started by presenting the operational plan for the smart transformation project for services provided by Ajman police to the public during the years (2015-2016), and the mechanism for limiting the services for smart transformation and the volume of dealers according to the services provided to them were discussed, and members agreed on the need to hold meetings with the agencies concerned with providing services, To be able to perform an internal analysis of the services smart transformation project. The meeting discussed setting priorities for implementing the smart transformation of services according to the size of the customers who benefit from them. And determining the categories of customers targeted in converting them towards the use of smart services, and a mechanism to measure the percentage of customers expected to use smart devices to accomplish their services.The members also discussed the process of marketing specific services within the smart transformation project in coordination with the Media and Public Relations Department and it was agreed that a comprehensive plan for marketing services be prepared according to the identified priorities. At the end of the meeting, the Deputy General of Ajman Police extended his thanks and appreciation to the members of the Higher Command Committee for Governmental Services for their efforts in the work, and he urged them to exert more effort, giving and dedication to work to upgrade the security work and to be at their best of expectation through the advancement of the tasks and duties assigned to It is their responsibility to preserve the security and stability of the country, wishing them success in completing the required tasks.
