Ajman Police participate in a workshop to develop the system of the Minister of Interior's Award for Excellence

The General Administration of Strategy and Performance Development in the General Secretariat of the Office of His Highness the Minister of Interior organized a workshop to develop the system of the Minister of Interior Award for Excellence, in the presence of His Excellency Dean Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, and a number of officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals working in various leaders and sectors in the Ministry of Interior to ensure the comprehensiveness of transport and exchange Knowledge, which was held at the Federal Police School in Sharjah, and lasted for three days. Emphasis was placed on a number of inputs during the discussion, including the alignment of the award system with the government excellence system, the fourth generation of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Excellence in Governmental Performance. The workshop also covered four areas, namely, the field of institutional excellence, the field of career excellence, the field of police excellence, and the field of external excellence.At the end of the workshop, His Excellency Brigadier Sheikh Sultan Al-Nuaimi thanked those responsible for these efforts in the Ministry of Interior, headed by Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and organizers of this workshop, which contributed to raising the culture of employees of the Ministry of Interior to present the level that befits the ministry and serve our country Dear.
