The third course entitled (Leadership through a vision of developing and implementing its modern strategy) was presented by Dr. Kenneth Gland and translated by associate Professor Muhammad Hassan Al-Taher with the participation of 24 associate officers describing officers and individuals from various departments of Ajman Police, during which he addressed several axes on how to develop plans The strategy and its implementation according to the plan, its evaluation and identification of the success of these plans, in addition to the differences between the personality of the leader and the manager and the extent of compatibility that achieves the highest degrees of success according to a strategic vision that achieves ambitions.
