Ajman Police applies the system for launching and organizing security, traffic and community events electronically

The Media and Public Relations Department of the General Command of Ajman Police has devised an electronic system for organizing, launching and documenting events, activities, and security, traffic and community campaigns, which is linked to all organizational units in the leadership and works according to an integrated mechanism to ensure the launch of these activities in an organized manner consistent with the strategy 2014-2016 and the methodologies followed and the goals that seek leadership To achieve them to raise community trust and achieve complete satisfaction and happiness for all its members. Brigadier Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Acting Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, stated that out of the leadership's keenness to enhance and sustain the level of excellence in its performance towards a better future, the electronic system was supported to achieve effective and organized coordination at the level of all organizational units in the leadership to prevent duplication and overlap, and to support the means of cooperation that It aims to achieve the goals set by launching security, traffic and community activities that achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, and ultimately aim to achieve the welfare and happiness of the community. On its part, Captain Noura Sultan Al Shamsi, Head of Information and Public Relations, said that the electronic system was prepared in coordination with the Electronic and Communications Services Department, and it was implemented according to an organized plan and specific stages that started holding training workshops for stakeholders from different departments in the leadership, and proved successful in an application at the level of community initiatives, This contributed to strengthening the concept of social responsibility represented in launching initiatives that benefit the beneficiaries, their welfare and happiness. She added that in the presence of representatives from the various organizational units and coordinators of events in the leadership, a unified mechanism was presented to launch the security, traffic and community events and campaigns, according to which the electronic system was put in place, linking all the different parties at the leadership level.
