Ajman Police Commander General inspects the Strategy and Performance Development Department at Ajman Police

In the context of achieving the strategy of the Ministry of Interior aimed at ensuring the provision of all administrative services in accordance with quality, efficiency and transparency standards, and to enhance the process of resource and support management, His Excellency Brigadier Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, was accompanied by Brigadier Abdullah Ahmed Al-Hamrani, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, and Al-Aqeed Abdulaziz Ali Al Shamsi, Director General of the Police Operations Department, with an inspection visit to the Strategy and Performance Development Department, in implementation of the timetable for the annual commander in chief inspection system in accordance with the approved standards to see the progress of work procedures and stand up Agat and requirements for development and modernization, and they were received by Lt. Col. Sultan Ali Al-Muhairi, Acting Director of Strategy and Performance Development, and a number of strategy officers. His happiness started the tour by inspecting the military queue to ensure the extent of readiness and preparedness in terms of commitment to hospitality and military retreat in accordance with the regular instructions in force in the Ministry of the Interior, and after that his happiness inspected the vehicles of the administration, and looked at the vehicle inspection and maintenance mechanism to determine its readiness and suitability for use. Then the Ajman Police Commander General inspected the work progress and the procedures followed in the various departments and reviewed the organizational structure of the strategy management and performance development, the tasks and duties and roles assigned to them and the work progress of the administration and the most important achievements during the year 2015. His Excellency the Commander of Ajman Police also briefed on the programs and operational plans of the strategy management and the applications of Ajman police to the standards of institutional excellence, and listened to the suggestions of workers that improve the procedures that contribute to the development of work in line with the goals of the Ministry of Interior, and Lt. Col. Al Muhairi pointed to the efforts of the strategy employees in applying International standards of quality to improve overall performance, stressing the great support provided by good leadership to ensure that modern strategic concepts reach the largest segment of the leadership’s leadership, and also provided an explanation of how to publish the strategic plan in Ajman police and uh M tools used for that. At the end of the inspection tour, His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police extended many thanks and appreciation to all employees of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, wishing them success in the performance of their assigned tasks to serve the security march in the emirate.
