Graduating (3) courses in Ajman Police

His Excellency Brigadier Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi, Director General of Resources and Support Services at Ajman Police General Command, in the presence of Colonel Khaled Khalfan Al Qamzi, Director of the Police Training Institute in Leadership, witnessed the graduation of 3 courses organized by the Institute in the Emirates Hall.As the first session was about (public relations and customer service) with the participation of 10 associate officers and individuals from various police leaders in the country, presented by Professor Muhammad Safwat, during which he addressed several axes including the concept of public relations, its origin, stages of development, and the concept of customer service, in addition to measuring Quality of performance. The second course was entitled (The Leader's Role in Strategic Change Management) presented by the lecturer Ahmed Shaheen with the participation of 16 associates from officers and individuals from different police leaders in the country, during which they covered several axes including the basics, principles and strategies of effective organizational change, the goals and policies of the organization and the skills of the leader in effective application . While the third session was entitled (Body Language) with the participation of 16 associate officers and individuals from various police leaders in the country presented by Dr. Mamdouh Mukhtar Ali, during which they addressed several axes, including the definition of body language, strategic differences between lip language and body language, and the most important signs and signs in language The body and body language applications in criminal security.At the end of the graduation ceremony, the General Manager of Resources and Support Services handed over certificates to the course graduates, wishing them success in their working life.
