In the context of the Ministry of Interior’s keenness on customer satisfaction, a team from the Center for Studies at the General Administration of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior polled visitors for the visitors of the Punitive and Correctional Institution, Ajman, on the services provided by the Foundation’s management through a visitor satisfaction questionnaire and a customer satisfaction survey.
