Graduating 55 employees in Ajman Police

His Excellency Colonel Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi, Director General of Resources and Support Services, Ajman Police, attended by Colonel Khaled Khalfan Al Qamzi, Director of Training Institute, Ajman Police, a graduation ceremony for two sessions organized by the Institute at the Emirates Hall in the General Command Building, Ajman Police. Where the first session was titled (Balanced Scorecard) with the participation of 22 associate officers and individuals from various police leaders in the country, presented by Dr. Hassan Mohamed Meqdad, during which he addressed several axes, including an introduction to the Balanced Scorecard, and the need to work for the Balanced Scorecard, in addition to using the Balanced Scorecard As a strategic management system. While the second course was entitled (Developing Knowledge Management Strategies and Institutional Creativity) presented by Dr. Hussam Qarni Ahmed with the participation of 33 associates from officers and individuals from different police leaders in the state, during which he addressed the concept of knowledge management and its goals, and the role of human resources in the spread of knowledge through the intensification of this process Knowledge which helps in the process of developing institutional creativity. At the end of the ceremony, the General Manager of Resources and Support Services honored the lecturers and presented certificates to the graduates of the two sessions, wishing them success and success in their working life.
