Ajman Police discuss supporting the achievement of strategic goals by developing human resources

Within the framework of the strategy of the Ajman Police General Command aimed at ensuring the provision of administrative services in accordance with the standards of quality, efficiency and transparency, a meeting was held in the meeting hall of the Police Training Institute building, headed by Colonel Muhammad Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of the Office of the Commander in Chief, in the presence of Colonel Juma Salem Al-Zahmi, Head of the Department of Command and Discipline Security, and the pilot Ali Hashel Al-Muhairi, head of the Department for Follow-up of Offenders and Foreigners, and a number of department heads in the office of the Police Commander in Chief and his deputy. The meeting reviewed the linking of strategic objectives with the annual employee career goals for 2016, For approval and inclusion in the ministerial job performance appraisal system, a delegation of powers model and the impact of job empowerment were discussed by department officers and department heads for branch managers who are under the command of employees, as well as annual training and shooting courses for employees, in addition to a balanced performance card. His Excellency Colonel Shaiban instructed the department heads to start placement of employees for the annual shooting and training courses and to develop an individual learning plan to develop skills and enhance competencies. At the end of the meeting, the Director of the Office of the Commander in Chief extended his thanks and appreciation to the attendees for their efforts in the work, and urged them to exert effort and expedite the completion of the required tasks, wishing them success.
