Ajman Police General Commander attends graduation of two communication courses to promote innovation and effective leadership in Ajman Police

His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Ajman Police Commander at Emirates Hall, Police Training Institute, Ajman Police Headquarters, witnessed the graduation of two courses organized by the Institute. The first session was entitled "Communication Skills to Enhance Innovation" with the participation of 20 members of officers and individuals from various police leadership in the country, presented by Dr. Sami Hassan Ali, during which he discussed several axes, including the basics and the arts of communication skills and how to work to promote the concept of innovation, For which the institutions work in keeping pace and modernization. While the second session under the title (Leadership and Effective Management) was presented by Dr. Hassan Mohammed Al-Meqdad with the participation of 20 members of the officers from various police leadership in the country, during which he dealt with several axes, including methods and scientific methods in the methodologies of effective management that keep pace with all data and follow the development and work for it . At the end of his graduation, the Commander-in-Chief of the Police honored the lecturers and presented certificates to graduates of the two sessions, wishing them further progress and success in their practical lives.
