Ajman police train 1143 members of the Ministry of Interior during the first half of 2016

In order to achieve the Ministry of Interior's strategic objective of ensuring the provision of all administrative services in accordance with the criteria of quality, efficiency and transparency, Ajman Police has developed human cadres and enriched their knowledge base to provide services to achieve the ambitions and objectives of the Ministry of the Interior. Which support the development approach, and provide initiatives that serve to provide qualified training experiences and meet all requirements related to the development of human resources skills efficiently. Colonel Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi, Director General of Resources and Support Services said that the General Directorate of Resources and Support Services has trained the members of the Federal and local leadership and affiliated to the Ministry of the Interior from various leadership and departments in the State Police Training Institute. Ministry of Interior, and their skills were developed by providing 51 training courses during the first half of 2016. The training courses offered all areas, including strategic courses, administrative courses, criminal courses and traffic courses such as the course of developing strategies of knowledge management and institutional innovation, loyalty and job placement, the rights of suspects and accused, traffic and patrols, in addition to many practical and field courses Such as the joint courses offered in cooperation with the French police since 2008 until now, at the rate of two to four sessions annually in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior, and cooperation with the French Embassy in the State, to Mieh staff functional capabilities in providing the best practices process to the fullest. The Colonel pointed out that all courses are offered through the supervision of qualified and experienced lecturers who are recruited by the Ajman Police or by the Ministry of the Interior or from outside the country.
