Traffic and Patrol Department of Ajman Police promotes road safety in the emirate with partners

Colonel Mohammed Khalid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Department of Traffic and Patrols of Ajman Police, held a meeting to discuss ways to enhance road security in the Emirate of Ajman, in the presence of partners from Saed Traffic Company, Public Transport Agency and Emirates Transport, Ajman Court of First Instance and a number of officers and individuals in the administration. The second strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior is to make roads safer. The meeting was held in the meeting room of the Traffic and Patrols Department. In the same context, Lt. Ahmad Al-Abdouli explained the strategic indicators, the goals of the Traffic and Patrols Department for the year 2021-2017, the intelligent transformation, and the role of partners in spreading awareness, talking about the number of deaths resulting from road accidents and the objectives of the administration to reduce this number and reduce traffic accidents. . On the other hand, the causes of accidents were discussed as a violation of the use of phones while driving, as well as the deterrent penalties and controls necessary to confront violators. On the other hand, the Head of Traffic Accident Planning Department of Saed Company Mr. Ali Mohamed Al Hodeidi spoke about the newcomers to the state and their lack of knowledge of the laws, suggesting a mechanism for them to obtain driving licenses after a period of time and after they are familiar with the driving laws. And praised the efforts of Ajman Police and Traffic Department in organizing and enhancing road security.
