Ajman Police Organizes Health Awareness Campaign to Combat Obesity and Medical Checkups for Employees in Cooperation with VLCC

The Department of Public Information and Public Relations of the Ajman Police General Command in cooperation with the International Healthcare Company VLCC International in Ajman organized a health awareness campaign to combat obesity for Ajman Police employees, two days at the Police Training Institute in the leadership building, traffic management and patrols. Officers, personnel and employees, as part of an innovative fitness initiative to maintain the health and fitness of Ajman Police employees. Dr. Noura Sultan Al Shamsi, Head of Media and Public Relations Department of Ajman Police, said that the tests included measuring body mass index, fat ratio, body composition test using PCA, as well as providing health and nutrition awareness by nutritionists about maintaining healthy weight, And prevention of diseases caused by obesity by following a healthy diet, taking into account the daily needs of the important nutrients, and exercise regularly, eating healthy foods, and away from foods that cause obesity and bring diseases to the owners A deteriorating health condition, diabetes, arterial blockage, high blood pressure, and harmful cholesterol in the body. The reception hall was attended by staff, where tests were conducted and results were handed out with instructions and advice. The staff thanked the organizers of this campaign and the role of leadership in spreading health culture through organizing health campaigns.
