Ajman Police and Ajman Communication Center discuss ways to enhance coordination and cooperation

Brigadier General Abdullah Ahmed Al-Hamrani, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, held a meeting to discuss ways to enhance cooperation with the Ajman Communication Center in the presence of Colonel Abdullah Saif Al Matroushi, Deputy Director General of Police Operations, Mr. Zubair Al Junaidi, , As part of the Ajman Police General Command's efforts to achieve the Ministry of Interior's strategic objective of enhancing public satisfaction with the services provided. His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Ahmad Al-Hamrani welcomed the attendees and praised their efforts in facilitating communication and communication between the institutions of the Ajman Government, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation between Ajman Police and Ajman Communication Center. The Deputy General Commander of Ajman Police highlighted the importance and role of the Center in the Emirate, which was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi in line with the priorities of Ajman Vision 2021 in order to enhance the quality and speed of services provided to clients. In this context, Mr. Zubair Al-Junaidi, Director of the Call Center, talked about the establishment of the Center and the services it provides to its customers, which include answering their inquiries, receiving complaints and suggestions, conducting surveys on public satisfaction, enhancing cooperation between the public and private sectors and forming companies and other functions. At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Ahmad Al-Hamrani called for exchanging experiences between the Ajman Police and the Ajman Communication Center to upgrade the services provided by the parties.
