Colonel Ali Humaid Al Musaybi, Deputy Director General of Resources and Support Services at Ajman Police, attended the graduation ceremony of two courses organized by the Institute in the Emirates Hall at Ajman Police Headquarters.
Where the first session on "Institutional Excellence" was attended by 42 members of the ranks of officers, individuals and civilians from the various police leaderships of the Ministry of Interior, presented by the expert Raed Mohammed Ahmed, in which he addressed the axes of the system of excellence and the fourth generation system and the mechanism of applying and evaluating the system and its impact on the development performance.
The second session was on "Customer Service" with the participation of 33 members of the ranks of officers and individuals from various police leadership in the country, presented by Dr. Huda Al-Erian, in which she discussed several topics including the understanding of modern concepts and methods of customer service through the Ministry of Interior, Contact with customers.
At the conclusion of the graduation ceremony, the Deputy Director General of Resources and Support Services honored the lecturers and presented certificates to graduates of the courses and wished them success in their practical lives.
