Ajman Police General Commander visits the Human Resources and Finance Departments

His Excellency General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Ajman Police Commander, accompanied by Brigadier General Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi, Director General of Resources and Support Services, and Colonel Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development, visited the Human Resources Department and the Department of Finance, General Commander in accordance with the approved standards to review the progress of work procedures and to meet the needs and requirements of development and modernization, within the framework of the pursuit of the strategy of the Ministry of the Interior to ensure the provision of administrative services all according to the criteria Quality, efficiency and transparency, and to enhance resource management and support.

The visit began with a review of the military line of the Human Resources and Finance Department staff. His Excellency advised them to take care of the military uniform and appearance, reflecting the civilized aspect of the Ministry of the Interior in general and the Ajman Police in particular and exerting more efforts to develop the work.

He then inspected the administrative processes through which the departments are supported by the national competencies. He also inspected the mechanisms of polarization, the system of interviewing, testing, recruitment and the criteria used in selecting candidates for vacant positions.

He also reviewed the electronic system for human resources which includes all services for employees according to their categories, grades and grades, such as vacations, courses and certificates, which any employee can obtain electronically, in addition to the development plans and programs developed by the administration to raise the efficiency of the human cadres in Ajman Police.

He also discussed the challenges facing the functioning of the career to identify and plan for improvement and development according to quality standards based on the proposals and needs of the staff by listening to a number of proposals that will develop performance and improve the work of police in the field of human resources.

He then received the Director General of Ajman Police to view the progress of the work in the Department of Finance, where he was received by Lt. Col. Khalfan Nasser Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and Administration and a number of officers in the administration, during which he inspected the mechanisms of financial planning and investment of resources and services aimed at developing The level of financial and administrative work through the application of quality concepts at the level of the public and internal and external, and also reviewed the procedures implemented by the strategic plan for the development of revenues and rationalization of expenditures, aimed at raising the level of optimal use of resources and maintain Property.

At the end of the visit, HE pointed to the need to raise performance indicators and support rationalization and cost reduction campaigns in line with the leadership methodology aimed at reducing costs in various areas, taking advantage of the best utilization potential to benefit the Ajman Police. In the community, motivating excellence and always striving to simplify and develop financial procedures through performance indicators, observations and complaints from service applicants from suppliers and customers.
