Ajman Police seeks to provide customers with smart service to open the file traffic

As part of the Ajman Police General Directorate's keenness to achieve the Ministry of Interior's strategy to enhance the public's satisfaction and satisfaction with the services provided, Ajman Police has opened a traffic file for the public to facilitate driving licenses through Ajman Smart Phone Police.

Lt. Col. Sultan Khalifa Khalifa, Issa Abu Muhair, Director of Licensing Department of Ajman Police and Drivers, said: "The aim of this service is to reduce the time and effort exerted by the customers to achieve this service and reduce the number of customers in service centers.

Mr. Sultan Khalifa Abu Muhair said that this service enables the customer to open a traffic file without having to check the service center and receive notices via text message on the smartphone to confirm the success of the procedures for obtaining the license, in addition to enabling the applicant From obtaining training dates, tests and driving tests, making it easy for the customer to attend the service center at every stage.
