A delegation from the Ajman Police General Command participated in the Fifth Ajman International Conference on the Environment entitled "Climate Change and Sustainability" at the Sheikh Zayed Convention and Exhibition Center at Ajman University, which included a number of workers in the Department of Support Services.
The delegation was headed by Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Khalfan Al-Razi, Director of Support Services Department, accompanied by Major Issa Ali Al-Hosni, Director of the Workshops and Technical Workers Branch, and a number of employees of the Support Services Department, in addition to members of the sustainability team headed by Captain Noura Sultan Al-Shamsi, Head of Information and Public Relations and head of the Sustainability Standard Team in the Police Ajman.
Lt. Col. Mohammed Khalfan Al-Razi stated that the participation of Ajman police employees came from the basis of enriching knowledge experiences and access to the latest findings of experts in preserving the environment and sustainability through participation in dialogue sessions and panel discussions on scientific research of experts and specialists.
His Excellency added that the participating delegation benefited from the scientific sessions and what it dealt with on climate change and sustainability, the environmental impact in the desert areas, new sewage systems to reduce flood damage, environmental policy and sustainable development in the Emirates and many other environmental issues.
