Graduation of the training needs training course and preparation of training plan in Ajman Police

Colonel Ali Humaid Al Musaybi, Deputy Director General of Resources and Support Services at Ajman Police General Command and Colonel Khalid Khalfan Al Qamzi, Director of the Police Training Institute, witnessed the graduation of the "Training Needs Assessment and Preparation of the Training Plan" organized by the Police Training Institute at Emirates Hall in the Leadership Building.
Dr. Abi Hani Harb, with the participation of eight officers from various police officers in the Ministry of the Interior, during which he discussed several topics including the concept of training, development of human resources, strategies, methods and methods of training needs.
