Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, has unveiled the launch of a package of initiatives in Ajman Police in order to delight police employees, motivate them to excel and innovate in the service of the soil of the homeland and provide high-quality services that contribute to the happiness of society.
The Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police said on the occasion of the International Day of Happiness: We launched internal initiatives to happiness of the employees, where gifts were distributed and happiness employees made tours of the police departments and centers, to confirm that happiness is a way of working and life and everyone works according to the directions of the rational leadership to happiness of citizens and residents in the state .
Women employees were also allowed to work with the police on a flexible basis, in exchange for the completion of the tasks assigned to them in appreciation of the role of women in life and in order to fulfill their family duty. The “Happiness Card” was distributed to the police workers, which is a special card to provide discounts in a number of shops.
He added: We created a police youth council, with the aim of getting to know first-hand the things that matter to young people and how the police contribute to strengthening the social relationship and working to spread security awareness, in addition to the formation of the women's police council, in the belief in the importance of the role of women in work and enhancing their path in giving and excellence.
