Ajman Police and Medical Services participate in the activities of the Punitive and Correctional Institution in Ajman, celebration of the World Health Day

Within the strategy of the Ajman Police General Command aimed at strengthening partnership with governmental and private institutions, departments and bodies, and within the framework of the activities for the celebration of World Health Day, the Ajman Police General Command participated in the health initiative organized by the Department of Medical Services in the Emirate of Sharjah for the residents of the Punitive and Correctional Institution in Ajman under the slogan "Health for All" ".

His Excellency Brigadier Mubarak Khalfan Al-Razi, Director of the Punitive and Correctional Institution in Ajman, said that the aim of participating in this initiative came in the interest of Ajman police to ensure better health for their inmates and to educate them on methods of maintaining health through adherence to a balanced diet and attention to the different behaviors that threaten the health of the body.

The initiative included organizing an exhibition to inform the inmates about how to prevent communicable diseases and epidemics such as pulmonary tuberculosis, diabetes and heart pressure, and medical services staff conducted medical tests to measure blood sugar and blood pressure for employees, auditors and families of inmates and provided them with tips and advice according to their health to prevent infection And maintain healthy health.

This initiative included creating a children's corner and distributing drawings related to personal hygiene and pictures of toiletries and cough etiquette, as well as brochures and awareness brochures were distributed, as well as presenting gifts and healthy meals to guests and their children and reviewers on this occasion wishing them continued health and wellness.

At the end of the event, the Director of the Punitive and Correctional Institution Department thanked the medical services staff for their great efforts in educating the institution’s residents and educating them in terms of health, wishing them success and continued cooperation in serving the community members.
