Ajman police arrest a dentist for practicing the dental profession without an approved license

Ajman Police General Command, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, was able to arrest two doctors, one of whom is of Arab nationality and the other of European nationality, on charges of practicing the dental profession and providing treatment to auditors without obtaining an approved medical license from the UAE Ministry of Health allowing them to practice the profession.

Major Mohammed Hamad Yafour Al-Ghafli, Deputy Director of the Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations, said about the circumstances of this incident with information about the existence of an apartment that was converted to a medical clinic in which the practice of dentistry without obtaining the necessary approved licenses, it is announced and booked appointments through social media "Facebook" And then receive patients and treat them inside the apartment after tightly closed.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations added that a working group has been formed from the Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations to apprehend those involved, and to assign one of the sources to make sure the information received is correct. The Ministry of Health and Community Protection, who confirmed that the clinic’s license was invalid and that it lacked the requirements of health and medical safety, was identified by each of the (AMA) Arab nationals who are in charge of managing the clinic, and called (SAA) a European national, who is the physician treating patients , What has been set medical tools and materials used in the dental profession as well as invoices proving the purchase of materials used in cosmetic dentistry.

By asking them about the licenses, they admitted that the clinic license was expired more than a year ago, as they were found to be in breach of the Nationality and Residence Law, and that they were criminal owners, so their testimony was taken and the case was transferred to the Public Prosecution.
