The Director of the Punitive and Correctional Institution added that the seventh Ramadan championship for the inmates of the Foundation was launched under the auspices of the Executive Council Ajman and the Hamid Bin Rashid Charitable Foundation, in continuation and confirmation of the success of the previous six championships held by the Foundation in the month of Ramadan, stressing the great commitment of the Ajman police to the rehabilitation and training of the institution’s inmates Through a package of events, activities and programs that aim to create a healthy, social, sporting and cultural environment, coinciding with the holy month and its targeted human and societal characteristics.
The Director of the Punitive and Correctional Institution Department stated that the tournament was organized under the supervision and management of the rehabilitation and rehabilitation department of the corporation to include a group of group games such as football, volleyball, basketball, and tug of war, in addition to a set of individual games such as table tennis, domino, chess, and playstation, He called on all inmates to participate in this championship because of its positive effects on their health and fitness and the enrichment of their sports and training experiences.
