His Excellency Brigadier Omar Mohammed Al Shamsi, Director of General Administration of Resources and Support Services at Ajman Police General Command, in the presence of Colonel Abdullah bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director of the Police Training Institute, witnessed the graduation of 4 training courses organized by the Training Institute at the Emirates Hall in the leadership building.
Where the first session was on "supervisory skills and performance improvement" with the participation of 32 associate officers from various police leaders of the Ministry of Interior, presented by Professor Tariq Mubarak Al-Gohari, in which he discussed how to acquire supervisory skills, and the process of development and creativity at work. The second session on "Investigation and Security Information Collection" was attended by 23 associate officers from various police leaders of the Ministry of Interior, presented by Lieutenant Hamad Saif Al-Zaabi, in which he addressed the correct scientific methods used in collecting security information.
While the third session was on "The Scamper Program for Generating Innovative Ideas" with the participation of 16 associate officers, describing the officers and individuals at the General Command of Ajman Police, presented by Captain Saud Abdul Aziz Al Hosani, in which he dealt with how to deal with scientific concepts, and the processes of gaining experience.
The fourth session on "Traffic Accidents Planners" was also presented by the first lieutenant expert, Abdullah Muhammad Al-Balushi, with the participation of 38 associates from officers and individuals from different police leaders of the Ministry of Interior, in which he discussed the methods and methods used in planning traffic accidents.
At the end of the session, the Director of the General Administration of Resources and Support Services honored the lecturers and presented certificates to the course graduates, wishing them success in their working life.
