Graduating 3 training courses at the General Command of Ajman Police

His Excellency Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at Ajman Police, witnessed the graduation ceremony of 3 courses organized by the Police Training Institute at the Emirates Hall in the leadership building.

Where the first session was entitled "The cycle of innovation and the cycle of solving police problems" with the participation of 40 associate officers describing officers and individuals from various police leaders in the state, presented by Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Mohamed Abdel-Hadi, in which he addressed the importance of innovation and work with it according to the established regulations, and how to reach in solving problems Facing institutions and others.

The second session was entitled "Security of data and security information" with the participation of 24 associate officers describing officers and individuals from various police leaders in the country, and was presented by Professor Emad Muhammad Al-Masalmeh, in which he dealt with how to reach a scientific security formula, stages and points of access to the arrangement of security information.

While the third session was entitled "Total Quality Management" with the participation of 27 associates from officers and individuals from different police leaders in the country, presented by Dr. Adeeb Muhammad Hassan Al-Hazaymeh, during which he addressed several axes, including the importance of total quality management in developing and improving institutional performance, and the role of leadership in the success of the application Total quality, generating competition and motivation for the sake of improvement.

At the end of the graduation ceremony, the Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department honored the lecturers and presented certificates to the course graduates, wishing them more success in their working life.
