Graduation of two sessions at the General Command of Ajman Police

His Excellency Brigadier Ali Hamid Al-Mussaybi, Deputy Director General of Resources and Support Services in Ajman Police, attended by Lt. Col. Nasser Abdullah Obaid, Head of Training Department at the Police Training Institute, the graduation ceremony of two courses organized by the Institute at the Emirates Hall in the General Command Building of Ajman Police.

Where the first session was on "Human Resources Management" with the participation of 26 associate officers from various police leaders of the Ministry of Interior, presented by Dr. Adeeb Muhammad Hassan Al-Hazaymeh, during which he addressed several axes, including methods of job motivation and job satisfaction, and the selection and appointment policies.

While the second session was on "developing supervision and follow-up skills" with the participation of 27 associates from officers and individuals from different police leaders in the country, presented by Professor Tariq Mubarak Muhammad Al-Gohari, in which he discussed the development of the concept of leadership and administrative supervision, and the acquisition of executive leadership skills in addition to the report of the supervisor and leader qualities.

At the end of the graduation ceremony, the Deputy Director General of Resources and Support Services honored the lecturers and presented certificates to the course graduates, wishing them success in their working life.
