Ajman Police concludes a summer campaign without awareness incidents

The General Command of Ajman Police has concluded the activities of "Federal Traffic Accidents" campaign, which was launched in coordination with the Federal Traffic Council for all the Emirates Emirates, and aimed at educating the public and members of society to take precautions and measures to avoid exposure to traffic accidents, in order to achieve the strategy of the Ministry of Interior aimed at enhancing security Roads and make them safer.

His Excellency Lt. Col. Saif Abdullah Al Falasi, Director of Traffic and Patrols Department at Ajman Police, said that the end of the campaign took place after the completion of all awareness-raising activities and campaigns that targeted all groups of society in their different ages, nationalities and languages, whether through field visits to government departments and institutions or the distribution of brochures in Arabic, English and Hindi. Urdu "to ensure that the educational message is delivered to the largest possible number of nationalities in the emirate, and the campaign has received welcome and cooperation from the public.

The campaign included awareness programs and workshops, informational lectures and distribution of brochures targeting drivers and road users to make them aware of the safety requirements during road travel by checking the vehicle and making sure that it can cut long distances in the heat of summer, in addition to educating drivers to avoid driving while feeling tired and exhausted, and to ensure that the vehicle’s air conditioning is checked and safety To maintain a cool driving atmosphere.

The campaign also touched on educating parents and guardians not to leave their children inside the vehicle alone for any reason, even for a short time, to avoid being subjected to suffocation due to the hot weather, and the possibility of tampering with the vehicle while it is in operation, which could threaten their lives and safety.

The Director of Traffic and Patrols Department called on drivers to adhere to the laws of traffic and traffic, and to take all security and safety precautions throughout the year and not only during the campaign, expressing his hope that safe driving and compliance with the law will become a culture adopted by all members of society in all its categories and spectra, wishing safety for all.
