His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Naimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, chaired the meeting of the Ministry of Interior's program of happiness and positivity, in the presence of the general directors and a number of officers in Ajman Police, and Colonel Nasser Khadim Al-Kaabi, Director of the Customer Happiness Department and Chairman of the Happiness and Positive Committee at the Ministry of Interior.
During which Colonel Nasser Al-Kaabi presented a brief explanation of the Ministry of Interior's program for happiness and positivity, its axes and inputs and its link with the Ministry's strategic goals, the potential for happiness and positivity and the main success factors, initiatives, policies and activities included in the program.
During the meeting, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan Al-Nuaimi reviewed the positive results of the response time indicator, and discussed the important points and opportunities for improvement received through the implemented scenarios in order to achieve the strategic goals of the Ministry.
For his part, the Director of the Customer Happiness Department, Chairman of the Happiness and Positive Committee at the Ministry of Interior praised the performance of Ajman police and the accomplishments they achieved in previous years, and by launching 901 system services to respond to customer inquiries, stressing that excellence in work is only under a distinguished leadership with a wise vision that always seeks To support its excellence and progress.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Commander of Ajman Police thanked the Chairman of the Happiness and Positive Committee, Colonel Nasser Khadim Al-Kaabi, members of the team and workers in managing the happiness of the customers for their efforts in supporting the Ajman Police and raising their readiness and excellence, wishing them continued success in the performance of their duties.
