Graduating "Customer Service Management" course at Ajman Police

His Excellency Colonel Khaled Mohammed Al-Nuaimi, Deputy Director General of Police Operations Department, Ajman Police General Command, in the presence of Colonel Abdullah bin Saeed Al-Nuaimi, Deputy Director of Police Training Institute, witnessed the graduation of the "Customer Service Management" course organized by the Police Training Institute at the Emirates Hall in the leadership building.It was presented by Eng. Mohamed Abdel Karim Abdel Samea, with the participation of 38 associates from the ranks of officers and individuals from various police leaders in the country, in which he dealt with the foundations, rules and correct methods in customer service, and how to achieve the highest levels of speed and accuracy in work procedures.At the end of the session, the Deputy Director General of the Police Operations Department of Ajman Police honored the lecturer and presented certificates to the course graduates, wishing them success in their working life.
