His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, said that the launch of an "innovative slogan" came in fulfillment of our rational government directions in achieving sustainable development that enhances the development of the paper of the United Arab Emirates, and the care and motivation of creators by providing creative ideas and innovative proposals to enhance institutional performance Where the adoption of an "innovative slogan" comes as a way to motivate human resources and urge them to do more to present creative and innovative ideas in a positive competitive atmosphere, and to encourage, motivate and highlight the successes of creative and innovative employees.
His Excellency Colonel Mohammed Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, head of the innovation team at Ajman Police, indicated that the Strategy and Performance Development Department undertakes general supervision of evaluating ideas and innovative projects submitted by workers, with the aim of obtaining an innovative logo in coordination with organizational units and committees specialized in this field.
His Excellency added that an innovative emblem is like an innovation medal given to applicants who have met the conditions for obtaining the emblem to serve as an institutional recognition of his distinguished efforts, adding that the idea of participating to obtain an innovative emblem must be innovative and evolving, and it is linked to the strategic plan and achieving the government's vision, and to have feasibility and benefit Economic in its application, and has an impact in developing and improving institutional performance and promoting a sustainable work environment.
He explained that the application mechanism for obtaining an innovative logo is done by filling in the information form for the innovative idea to apply for an innovative logo, and then evaluating the strategy management and performance development (innovation unit) the information form according to the accompanying criteria and ensuring its applicability, stressing that the ideas that get The degree (80%) of the evaluation is raised to the Commander in Chief to give him an innovative logo, and his Excellency called on Ajman Police employees to unleash their innovative and creative ideas and apply for the logo, wishing everyone success in their participation.
