Ajman Police launches an innovative initiative with us

The Innovation Unit in the Strategic Management and Performance Development of the General Command of Ajman Police launched the "Innovate with us" initiative to make more creative ideas and innovative methods that contribute to developing and improving performance and achieving sustainability in institutional work, in order to achieve the strategic goal of the Ministry of Interior aimed at enhancing the culture of innovation in the institutional work environment And ensuring that all administrative services are provided in accordance with quality, efficiency and transparency standards. His Excellency Colonel Mohammed Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of the Commander in Chief Office and Head of the Innovation Team at Ajman Police said that the launch of the initiative came within the efforts of Ajman Police to enhance the culture of innovation in the police work environment, and reduce the gap between employees and creative and innovative thinking. His Excellency added that the initiative included holding workshops in the Traffic and Patrols Department, the Al Hamidiya Comprehensive Police Center, the Masfoot Comprehensive Police Center, and the Al Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Center with the participation of various departments and departments, where the employees received wide participation during which the employees presented a number of innovative partnerships that support the work and facilitate the provision of services to customers . The initiative was supervised by Corporal Mohammed Abdul Hamid Al-Shaibani, coordinator of the innovation unit, where the initiative is to hold workshops in all departments and centers of Ajman police to familiarize employees with the importance of innovative ideas that support the quality of work, and change the traditional image that innovation is a patent that needs to be innocent and find what unless It did not exist before, and the initiative aims to show some of the implemented innovative ideas that were created by police officers, the benefits that will be used after implementation.
