The Commander in Chief of Ajman Police honors the winners of the Commander in Chief Award for Scientific Research

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, honored the winners of the Commander-in-Chief Award for Scientific Research award, in appreciation of their constructive efforts in research and preparation to support the cultural and knowledge inventory of workers, in the presence of Brig. Support. His Excellency the Commander of Ajman Police, said that the launch of the award and honoring the winners came in the interest of motivating employees and encouraging them to pay attention to scientific research because of its positive results and supports the quality of police work, and an appreciation of their diligence in research and preparation to serve the interest of work. His Excellency added that the number of researches participating in the award reached 16 in five fields, namely the field of police operations, the field of traffic and licensing, the field of police management and human resources development, in addition to the field of the penal and correctional institution and the field of challenges, including 6 posts from the female component. His Excellency honored the first-place winner, Police Officer Adel Faisal Abdullah in his research entitled "Response speed is a means for the happiness of the customer, and an indication of the professionalism of the forces, and as a result of the efficiency of institutional and operational communication" and the winning research in the second place was presented by Captain Issa Muhammad Al-Shamsi, and the policeman Murad Muhammad Mustafa Entitled "The Impact of Job Performance Evaluation on Job Satisfaction", and the winner in the third place was the research presented by Major Fatima Obaid Al-Shamsi and Captain Abdul Rahman Khalfan Al-Muhairi, entitled "Electronic Monitoring". At the end of the honor, His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police honored the participants and members of the award committee for their efforts in preparing the award and following the participants ’research and evaluating the presented researches, and congratulated all the honorees wishing them continued progress and success, and invited them to continue to give and make efforts in the service of security work in the state.
