His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander of the Ajman Police, visited the Documentation and Correspondence Section, the Media and Public Relations Department and the Legal Affairs Branch of the Office of the Police Commander in Chief and the Office of the Deputy Commander, accompanied by His Excellency Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, to see the progress of work procedures The services provided, identifying needs and requirements for development and modernization in accordance with the standards of quality and excellence.

His Excellency the Commander in Chief of the Police began his inspection tour of the Documents and Correspondence Department, where he was received by Colonel Mohamed Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of the Commander in Chief's office, and briefed his Excellency on the offices and facilities of the department and the mechanism of receiving, sending and storing documents and correspondence, and the challenges facing the functioning of performance, and discussed the best solutions and improvement plans And development to address challenges in accordance with the standards of quality and excellence, and directed his happiness to the need to exert effort and speed in responding and instructions for circulars and decisions and follow-up.

Then his Excellency went to the Legal Affairs Branch and reviewed the agreements and mechanisms of investigation and trials, checking and controlling the complaints and complaints submitted by the public, the system of violations and conduct errors, and directed the achievement of justice and cohesion in the personnel affairs, as he directed the need to follow up and perform efficiently and transparently.
His Excellency also inspected the Media and Public Relations Department, and in which he reviewed the branches, the workflow mechanism, and the mechanism for editing and publishing press news for various media and social media, and through a presentation by Major Noura Sultan Al Shamsi, Head of Media and Public Relations, his Excellency briefed on the achievements of the Media Department During 2018 and the most important initiatives that were implemented, he listened to the plans prepared to develop the mechanism of work in the coming year.
