A retreat for the heads and members of excellence teams in Ajman Police

Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, the General Command of Ajman Police organized a maritime retreat for the heads and members of teams of excellence in Ajman Police, as a new initiative to create an atmosphere of brainstorming outside closed meeting rooms and change the official work environment to motivate employees and encourage them to support excellence and creativity The retreat was attended by senior command officers, including Colonel Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development, Colonel Abdullah Saif Al Matroushi, Director General of Police Operations, heads and members of excellence and innovation teams and a number of employees at Ajman Police.

The organization of the Marine Retreat initiative came to motivate employees to think in an innovative and creative way outside the fund, by meeting a marine yacht at sea in an atmosphere that is happy and positive and motivating to come up with ideas that enhance the quality of work and support excellence. During the meeting, the most important ideas that support the excellence of employees and the public and enhance their satisfaction and happiness, in addition to developing customer services in innovative ways that enhance their happiness, were developed and presented. A "marine retreat" was also organized for the female component, which included members of the Women's Police Committee, and members of the teams of distinction from the female component on a marine yacht at sea in an atmosphere of happiness and positivity.
