Ajman Police promotes a culture of communication and communication between its strategic units

In order to enhance the policy of communication and internal communication between the organizational units of the strategic departments, divisions and offices, the Department of Strategy and Performance Development in Ajman Police organized a workshop to explain the policy of communication and communication between the strategic units in the leadership, with the aim of spreading the culture of strategic internal communication in the leadership.
The workshop came to introduce the employees of the strategic units to the policy and the implementation mechanism in view of the importance of the strategic work environment in the success of the organization, and the policy content was explained by supporting organizational units to implement strategic requirements and enhance interaction, communication and organizational communication in leadership.
The workshop also explored the criteria of the Leader General Award for Entrepreneurship, which was launched in 2012 for leadership officials from all departments to compete, and the participatory reporting mechanism was clarified and evaluated according to the fourth generation system.
