Ajman Police knows its new affiliates with rules of conduct and discipline

The Human Resources Department of Ajman Police organized a lecture for the 30 new associates to introduce them to the strategic plan and the rules of behavioral discipline at work, in the presence of His Excellency Colonel Thani Obaid Al Matroushi, Director of Human Resources Department, Major Abdullah Abdullah Alwan, Deputy Director of Human Resources Department, and a number of officers described the officers of Ajman Police .
His Excellency Colonel Thani Obaid Al Matroushi welcomed the new affiliates, thanking their affiliation and joining the military corps, and instructing them on the necessity to implement orders and commitment to exchange respect during work.
Major Ali Awad Rashid, Head of Operations Department, affiliated with the Operations Department, reviewed the emergency plans by the Operations Department and their role in emergency situations to raise readiness and preparedness in the face of events.
For his part, Captain Abdullah Saleh Al Dhaheri, Director of the Issues Affairs Branch, included the associates with the rights and duties of the leadership staff, as he explained the strategic plan and indicators of the national agenda and mechanisms to support its achievement, the labor laws of the employees of the Ministry of Interior and the most important behavioral violations, in addition to informing them of the motivation and honor policy and the evaluation conditions applied to employees.
