Ajman Police Committee participates in a brainstorming session organized by the Ministry of Interior

The Women Police Committee participated in the General Command of Ajman Police in a brainstorming session organized by the Specialized Coordination Committee for Women Police Affairs in the Ministry of Interior in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Mohammed Obaid Al Dhaheri, Director General of Human Resources, and Major Dr. Amna Al Balushi, Chairman of the Specialized Coordination Committee for Women Police Affairs in the Ministry of Interior, and a number of Female officers and members of the police force in the police leadership at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Major Nurah Sultan Al-Shamsi, Head of Information and Public Relations and Chairman of the Women's Police Committee in Ajman Police, said that the session included a brief explanation of the aims of the brainstorming session represented in participating in volunteer work at the state and Middle East levels, and the participation of the women's police in assuming leadership positions and responsibility centers, support and development Talents of the female police and focus on the career diversity of women in the security sector and highlight the role of Emirati women in protecting the security and safety of society, providing a stimulating and positive environment for women police, and raising the efficiency of the female police through courses Rebeh and rehabilitation, and interest in family, social and health aspect of women police.
At the end of the session, the discussion opened, as Major Dr. Amna Al Balushi responded to the questions and inquiries of the participants in the session, and reached a number of recommendations that will be analyzed and submitted to officials of the Ministry of Interior.
