Ajman Police determines the dates of movement of trucks on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Street

In order to enhance traffic safety on the road, and to alleviate traffic congestion on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Street, the General Command of Ajman Police announces the setting of new dates for the transportation of trucks on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Street in the Emirate of Ajman.
His Excellency Lt. Col. Saif Abdullah Al Falasi, Director of Traffic and Patrols Department at Ajman Police, stated that the police decided to prevent trucks from traveling on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Street in the Emirate of Ajman, on the road from Umm Al Quwain to the emirate of Sharjah from five in the morning until twelve at night, As of Sunday 28/4/2019.
His Excellency added that the ban applies to all trucks except those that have a license to cross at times of prevention from the Traffic and Patrols Department at Ajman Police, which includes justification of the reason for submitting the request to cross.
The Director of Traffic and Patrols Department asserted that the prevention decision came to enhance traffic safety on the road due to the danger of trucks and heavy vehicles on the highway during the day, and to ensure their traffic at a time when the movement of light vehicles is less, calling on drivers to adhere to traffic and traffic laws, wishing safety for all.
