Distinguished services for customer happiness provided by Ajman Police at Speed Center for Vehicle Services

The General Command of Ajman Police in cooperation with Ajman Transport provides high quality services to enhance customer satisfaction and happiness at the Speed ​​Center for Vehicle Services, which was opened with the kind patronage of the Crown Prince of Ajman to represent a qualitative shift in the provision of vehicle licensing services in the emirate.
His Excellency Lt. Col. Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, stated that the center contains 3 tracks for checking light vehicles and 3 tracks for examining heavy vehicles, two waiting terminals for dealers, and 96 parking lots for dealers. Alhamm, 5 insurance counters and issuing civil defense certificates for companies and individuals.
Lt. Col. Sultan Al-Muhairi pointed out that the center works with the efforts of 21 examiners between supervisors and specialized technicians, in addition to 16 employees in reception, customer service and the technical department, and corporate employees seek to serve customers according to the highest standards to achieve satisfaction and happiness to the public, where the center was completed since its opening in September of 2018 The past 12,195 checks for light vehicles, 3156 for heavy vehicles, and 2,879 trailers.
The director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department added that the center pays great attention to the happiness of the dealers, as it was provided with an ATM and a support device to accomplish electronic services quickly and easily, and the service of shipping and towing vehicles for the customers of the center (recovery), in addition to launching (a coffee shop) for dealers.
For his part, Major Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Mandoos, Head of Technical Inspection, pointed out that the inspection paths in the center are equipped with advanced technical devices to inspect light and heavy vehicles, and modern devices have been added to check the budget of heavy vehicle lighting, and an additional new track for motorcycles will be added during the coming period. To be the first of its kind in the emirate and the second in the country after the emirate of Dubai, and the center operates from morning to evening from 7:00 in the morning until 9:00 in the evening from Saturday to Thursday.
