Ammar Al Nuaimi honors the winners of the first positions of the happiness teams in the Ajman government and Ajman police wins the first place

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, honored happiness teams in the Ajman government, winning the first three places during the ceremony organized by the Human Resources Department at Ajman Saray Hotel. The happiness team of the General Command of Ajman Police won first place, in the second place the Tourism Development Department and the third position in the Finance Department.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi congratulated the departments and happiness teams winning the first positions and achieved a high rate of satisfaction and happiness of government employees, calling on all officials in the departments, institutions and bodies in the Emirate of Ajman to the need to work and more efforts in order to achieve achievements and upgrade indicators of satisfaction and happiness of employees in various sectors in line with With the development witnessed by the UAE in general and Ajman in particular so that we can always achieve the first positions and provide a better performance.
His Highness indicated that he will personally pursue all the efforts made and the results of each department and institution in terms of upgrading the satisfaction and happiness index of employees and services provided to citizens and residents alike, valuing the efforts of the work teams in various local departments and institutions and the results achieved during the last stage.
His Highness had listened to a full explanation before the ceremony honoring the leaders of the happiness teams winning these centers about their accomplishments and initiatives and the percentage of staff satisfaction with happiness initiatives, where the happiness satisfaction rate in the General Command of Ajman Police reached 99%, the number of happiness initiatives 32 and the number of happiness team members 17 members. The honoring ceremony was attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, head of the Municipality and Planning Department, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander in Chief of Ajman Police, and a number of heads and managers of government departments, institutions and bodies operating in the Emirate of Ajman.
