An Arab youth kills his girlfriend, seriously injures his co-worker, and surrenders to Ajman Police

An Arab young man, twenty years old, killed his girlfriend and seriously injured his co-worker after a dispute broke out between them, then he surrendered to Ajman Police.
The details of the incident, according to what was reported by His Excellency Lt. Col.
