Graduating "60" officers at the first leadership sessions at the Federal Police School in Sharjah

Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, witnessed the graduation ceremony of the first leadership sessions No. (96-97), which was organized by the officers training institute, in cooperation with the Rabdan Academy, which was held this morning "Thursday" at the headquarters of the Federal Police School in Sharjah.

The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Dr. Omar Muhammad Al-Khayyal, Director of the Institute for Training Officers, and Brigadier Dr. Jasim Muhammad Al-Bakr, Deputy Director of the Federal Police School, and a number of senior officers in the Ministry of Interior.

The Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police congratulated the graduating officers who successfully passed the course on their distinguished efforts and their interaction with the course, and their knowledge of police and leadership sciences and a prominent interest in benefiting from everything that supports their excellence and makes them loyal and influential leaders, wishing them continued success and excellence in their professional and practical lives.

60 officers from various sectors of the Ministry of Interior and the general leadership of the police in the country participated in the two sessions after they completed the graduation requirements for the two courses, where they received theoretical lectures, practical applications, basic and various knowledge and skills preparing them for the requirements of a new stage in their career and professional career, such as strategic leadership, and management applications in the police.

The session included valuable discussions and presentation of applied and theoretical materials that enhance the refinement of their skills and abilities in facing future challenges, and focused on introducing participants to the basics of institutional planning and innovation, employing artificial intelligence in the police work environment and the services provided therein, and preparing them to deal with crisis and disaster situations, in addition to learning about the system Institutional performance.

At the end of the ceremony, Major General Al-Naimi, accompanied by Brigadier Al-Khayyal, distributed prizes to outstanding students and certificates to the graduates. He also received a memorial gift from the management of the officers training institute expressing his sincere thanks and appreciation to the management of the Rabdan Academy and the lecturers for their efforts that contributed to the success of the course.
